We stayed in room no 314, 302, 305. All the staff in front office travel desk, housekeeping very helpful, hotel is clean, it was good and tasty spread of breakfast overall very enjoyable stay. Will like to revisit again.

Stayed in moscow for 5 days with friends and it is a trip to remember. Good amenities and easy access to metro and other places. Will visit again

Hotel is very dark, very low lights you cant work in rooms at all tv doesnt work
fridge was not working had to change the room
kept calling 3 4 times for cleaning so room service is very bad

Truly a russian hospitality feeling once u enter the hotel. Rooms are clean and service is excellent. Evenings are better with restaurants and outdoor coffe shops visit it once and u will love it forever
