the stay was amazing at ramada plaza deira. we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the food, the location close to metro station and even the swimming pool area. best of the decision we made to stay here. thank you team mmt and ramada plaza 🙏🏻😊

Hotel location was fantastic, with metro station just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Breakfast served at hotel was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Had the pleasure of enjoying swimming pool, smaller but clean and provided a refreshing respite after a long day of exploring.

Poor service. Crowded hotel. No value for money. Expensive for the service it offered. My kids and us suffered for the 8days that we stayed in the hotel.

Neat and clean. Good view from room and spacious. Good breakfast but still can be improved. Seating very congested and crowded. Staff are gentle and nice. Check in was slow but check out was fast. Good house keeping by ravidu and nice behavior. Gym have all equipments but not proper set up, not spacious. No good restaurants around the area. Very adjacent to metro. Totally, nice stay.

Do not stay in this hotel. Especially if you are coming with a decent budget then do not book this hotel you will be disappointed. I paid for this hotel and it is worse than 3 star hotels. this hotel is a hell. It has clubs inside the hotel which doesnt provide a good environment for whoever is coming with family because i saw hookers in the club. Also the furniture is soo outdated and breakfast is the worst, complete waste of money. My trip went bad because i stayed in this hotel for two days.

Room was smelling and the furniture was old and outdated. There was a damp smell in the room. This hotel is outdated and is in urgent need of a renovation. Not worthy of a 4 star ramada tag.

Questionable housekeeping procedure and horrible parking access

Location wise is good enough, close to gold souq and al seef. I was upgraded to family room with bigger size. However, the room smells damp. I arrived in the evening and, being too tired, i crashed on my bed until the next afternoon. The housekeeping lady ringed the bell 3 times and of course i didn't answer because i was asleep. Anyway she inserted her access card and barged inside. I shouted and told her to go out. A total insult and invasion of my privacy. And the basement parking access is really narrow. Good luck parking a car as big as nissan patrol. A lot of scratch mark in the inside corner of each turn going in an out of the basement. On the bright side, the cafe has 16 dirham flat white which tastes great for my taste
