Good location, old 4 star indian hotel, comfortable beds, very kind staff, they have basement parking(dark and narrow ), smoking rooms(a plus for me, visitors not allowed (100 dhs fee) (stupid rule)

Average hygienic room. Did not like the stay. The carpets even had stains. Towels had hairs.

Physical id not have in my pocket but i have i my phone he says not check in without id
Bad experience bad smell in the room, room not cleaning no pool too late in check in, and no one there talking about the feedback or check the quality

Poor condition hotel. Doing some renovations the bed sheets and towels need to be replaced looks unclean and old

The rooms were the only good thing about the hotel. The food is below average, no taste. Service is ok. Staff is least bothered. Only regional channels on tv.

No proper iron box, checked in for 3 nights. Receptionist answers that they don’t have a iron box at this moments
