Unhelpful front desk

The front desk staff were unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with but the bell boy, mr. Sameer was extremely helpful and provided great service. We wanted our checkout time extended until 4 pm, when we checked in, the front desk staff agreed to help but on the day of the check out, the gentleman who was managing the front desk was very rude and was uncooperative even though we offered to pay any additional charges. Similarly, we wanted the express laundry service(which was an option in the list provided by the hotel) done but when we called the front desk, the guy at the front desk said he will call me back but he never did!

We as a 15 mens cricket team with average age 40 years visited here between 30th nov24-4th dc 24. The hotel is at a very good location for indian tourist as it is very near to meena bazar. Staff is well behaved & cleanliness is maintained. The food quality is good for veg / non veg & available up to 3am in the night. Room sizes are good for twin sharing but for triple sharing it’s very congested. Overall a good experience during the stay.

The property is very close to burjuman metro station, and easy to access. The restaurant serving delicious indian dishes in an affordable rate. The pool is comparatively small in size. The staff and services are good. We recommend the hotel for a pleasant stay.

Biggest plus point is the location near bur juman metro on a main road where cabs are easily available round the clock. Coming to rooms, we stayed in standard room with bathtub. Doesn't have any great view but rooms are reasonably spacious. We didn't try food as we wanted to eat in pure veg set up and there are quite many such pure veg options nearby. As an option it also has a indian night club which is good. Overall staff is polite and helpful.

The rooms where near, the best part was the location it is right next to burjuman metro station that gives you easy access to both red and green line. The taste of india restaurant is awesome, they ensure you don't feel home sick. Kind and kid friendly staff, we had a pleasant stay at raviz.

When i was in india i am very scared to choose this hotel because one new place and i have my child with me. I don't want any trouble. But after reaching here i got surprised the way front office staff was behaving with us. They are is staff from odisha mr nitesh was very helpful to me. Thanks you nitesh from my heart. We are enjoying our stay here.
