Its worth for the price and location. Except the access card not working every-time & cockroaches everywhere. Complimentary breakfast is just ok. Go with less expectation on their service, we can manage.

Location was good, but very crowded. Parking was very difficult to get as no reserved parking in the hotel. It’s an old property and maintained to decent level only. I wouldn’t stay there again for sure.

Don’t have any talented and well behave staff in reception don’t have timely maintenance for room service house keeping and having lots of sound at night time from pub and disco from ground floor not worth for money which they are taking tariff charges

The location was perfect, rooms are specious. Breakfast could have been better. Staff were nice, based on our request they changed our room also.

Few of the worst hotels i have stayed. They don’t change lenin. They don’t clean your rooms, they don’t have enough bath towels to provide us. Bathrooms stinks, floor carpets at the worst conditions.

This time i had worst experience booking with mmt. The day i arrived at the hotel they denied the booking and said that the booking is cancelled. But i had no information regarding that and my mm t app was also showing the booking. They were doing this to have a fresh booking to book room for current rate. I had 2 booking with the same hotel for 6-9th nov’24 and for 11-14th nov’24

Excellent area but average stay

It is an excellent area but the hotel needs to improve on the few things. When a room is for two people they are keeping only one towel and we have requests every time though they are helpful. Upon entering the hotel in the reception area it is full of cigarette smell. Please clean the room floor and curtains regular also. We are vegetarians there is very near by swadesh hotel which is very reasonable with lot of options.

Internet is very slow and some time internet not working properly also they mentioned swimming pool is available but it’s not working not allowing an hour before for check in

Worst experience check in took alot of time no one to guide to the room or take the bags later in the night there were bed bucks in the room asked to change the room also in other room same issue next day hd rashes on d body had to visit hospital and we changed the hotel and did not continue stay next day and want refnud highly disappointed such property should not be listed on make my trip
