The room is dusty, beddings and pillows are dusty. Like you feel it was not changed/clean properly. While the breakfast was cheap and the only main course you will get is hotdogs. No soups even. Staff were really nice though! they made our day.

Hotel rose park is located in al barsha, in a very good location. Metro is just opposite of it, there’s tons of supermarkets, spas, restaurants and a lot more in walkable distance. There are a few indian restaurants very near around as well. In breakfast they do serve one item from indian cuisine everyday and has a live omelette station. Overall a good experience!

Quite expensive with what they are offering, rates are extremely high. Staff is good. Prices need to go down for sure. Sales manager who are dealing with monthly payment are quite unresponsive and not open to negotiation

#food we didnt try
@location is very good just opposite to masreq metro station, peaceful place and some good rstraunts near by. View is not that great but we can see bhurj all arab at distance. Other facilities - gym is good, sauna didnt try, spa is there and hotel is neat and clean. Staff is very good

Found it on make my trip with very best prices. Very clean hotel, very supportive staff. The best management we ever had in a stay. Chef specially granted our kids wishes of food they wanted to have. Very smooth and relaxing stay we had. Plus point that this was very close to the metro station. They earned a lifetime loyalty stay from us. We will always stay here if we come again dubai and will also recommend others.

The hotel location is very good as it’s on the main road and just opposite to the metro. But the staff is very rude and some silly policy of only giving 1 litre water in a day. Also they don’t make your room even after notifying

Perfect location, right in front of metro station. I did not try their food, but i have seen two restaurants in the same building. Facilities are all good, pool and gym are well maintained. Kids play area should have been there. Only arabic channels available in the tv
