Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, special Mr. Amro, Mrs. Yashodara & Mr. Hossam, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of BM Beach Hotel . Everything about the BM Beach Hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I booked sea view room when i reached the desk they upgraded my room with city view i told them i need what i booked then they offered me the same. The front desk is very active in providing the require things quickly i appreciate the full BM Beach Hotel staff for their supports especially the drivers, life guards and the cleaning staff.
