Our stay was for my girlfriend's birthday. The hotel was good, but our stay became perfect thanks to the staff. They were incredibly flexible, which i honestly didn’t expect. Before my arrival, i called the night shift to inform them that we might arrive around 12 pm or 1 pm. The response was that early check-in charges would apply, so my expectations were quite low. However, upon arrival and during check-in, the reception staff completely changed my mind with their exceptional service. A big thank you to the receptionist who gave us a beautiful room with a great sea view. I also want to express my gratitude to mr. Same h for his outstanding hospitality and excellent management. He is truly a great example of what someone in charge should be. During my two-night stay, his willingness to go above and beyond to help us was greatly appreciated. His professionalism and friendly approach made a huge difference. Thank you as well for the late check-out! another staff member who stood out was a filipino receptionist. I went to the front desk after 2 am to ask for cutlery. He informed me that the restaurant was already closed, but as i was leaving, he offered me cutlery from his own food order just to make sure i was okay. He even apologized for offering his personal items. This level of care and attention to guest comfort is rare and truly admirable. Lastly, i want to thank the security team, especially the day-shift guard, who was always smiling and eager to help. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay so memorable. You’ve set a high standard for hospitality, and we’ll definitely visit again!

Only had breakfast, good breakfast, more items can be added in menu. Location is excellent, city centre. Rooms are tidy /neat. Double bed is too small for 2 persons.

Fridge was not working, the amenities were not available. We have to call the room service to get the things done.

Its was so amazing to stay here. Good staff behaviour, clean and hygiene, breath taking rak creek vie and so on. I stayed here for 4 days

We had a wonderful stay ,view was amazing overlooking this river side no building covering our view❤️.Watched sunset and sunrise just from our room.Recommended place to stay in Ras Al Khaimah!Plus the rate is reasonable.

The room was too small the bed also was too small there are no considerations to my children when i mentioned in the time of booking that we will be 4 persons 2 adults and 2 child no carpet on the room the swimming pool was too small and too crowded when the room was very clean the staff was helpful and friendly

The property charged us 10 aed for city tax whereas the booking said the charge would only be 6 aed. The property works well for a bais night stay with rooms that are smaller than how they look in the pictures and basic amenities. Staff are very courteous and professional. A big let down was that guests do not get parking easily and we had to leave our car by the road for the night.

Although the room appeared to be clean their was a pungent odour in the room, it was so terrible that we couldn't stand it and had to shift to friends place after an hour.
