They don't have a parking lot. I needed to ask several times for a towel and the telephone was not working in the room. Tv was too old version, they should have a smart tv as the generation is getting changed. Room furniture was not good.

Room number 108 is just terrible and the bed is making alot of noise. I couldn't sleep all night especially with loud music coming from the bar. The rooms from right up is preferable but my last stay was really discouraging.

You can get a one day stay. Thats all, just you can get fresh and leave. The food was not good, there is only chair, which is broken and cushion was torn, and the heavy noise, they play the music all night with high voice

Rooms to be cleaned and basic amenities to be provided. Hotel is not even cleaning rooms. Ac checking was done after i visited. So many things to be improved in hotel

Not a very good stay. Room was dirty but our bed was cleaned. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room but they sprayed them all.

I had stayed here earlier at RAK The room allocated no. 2⁰4 was good If anyone is visiting RAK ( male ) for a short stay this Hotel is recommended

I stay in 302 there no have restaurant this hotel, location is fine facilities late check out other wise nothing tea coffee beverage supplies, hair dryer, towels not provide. Room entrance wall have a seepage need to paint

Plumbing lines are fully leaky. All time noise from the dance bar. Others can’t sleep on time. The price is too high for this type of accommodation and service
