Poor Stay

If you are looking to stay at the heart of the city centre , then this is Not a place for you. Disappointed with service - The day we checked in, we informed them that we would need a taxi on the day of check out ( 3 days later) to reach the railway station as we were a group of 3 each having 1 check in and 1 cabin bag. We requested a cab which can accommodate our bags. On the day of the check out, our request was confirmed. But when we actually headed out, the taxi driver informed us that taxi can accommodate only 1 big bag and a small bag. We raised this concern with the hotel staff and they contacted the taxi provider for sending a bigger vehicle but we were informed that as no bigger vehicle is in the nearby area, it will take time and they don't know actually how much time. As it was already 11.00 am and there was no guarantee that the cab we requested would come, we were forced to drag the luggage down to the railway station. It was a really bad experience as what was the point of making the booking 3 days in advance and rechecking at least twice that the amount of luggage has been taken into account. Also Room service is not advisable - they charge around 5 pounds for the tray apartment from 6 pounds for the service!
