Comfortable room, very clean, good shower (shared), nice location with shops and takeaways nearby, easy walk into city centre.
A fridge in the room, but unfortunately no teatray or kettle.
Accommodation more or less as expected. Everything adequate but tired.
My experience at my booked accommodation
My stay was very short. I was generally happy with everything. Value for money.
The stay was very comfortable and clean and the owner was very organised and created maximum efficuency with regards to checking in
Only stayed one night. Made to feel welcome by the owner. Room was comfortable and clean. For the price we paid it was good value.
Mo was an excellent host and the standard of the room was on a par. The bed was really comfy and facilities were top notch. The entire week long stay, was great.
Great! You get a text for doorcode, room is big enough with towels, kettle and fridge (or no. 4 did anyway!). Super clean with one of those memory foam type beds so a guaranteed great nights sleep. Great value for money.
Quality Room at a very reasonable price
I actually thought I'd booked a hotel, turns out to be a guest house - however the room was of a standard I'd expect out of a hotel. I was very happy with the room quality and service. I would definitely book this again if staying in the area.

But very cold in my room (cold enough to wake me up) and no way to adjust the temperature in your room. It’s all done on an app the manager has on his phone. No staff on site to ask either.
Manager said it was my responsibility to check that the window hadn’t been left open by the cleaner. Heating turned on when I arrived and took a little while to kick in. Goes on a little after 6am so not ideal for early risers.

Bargain price in a good location to access city.
Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Corridors in need of a bit of TLC and smell damp but not in the rooms. I arrived at 10pm so the owner was not on site but he kept in touch via mobile and I was easily able to gain access to my room. Free on road parking.
I stay here for business. I have room 3 which has an ensuite. It's just had a new sink unit which looks fab.Super comfy room which has everything you need and is very quiet. Definitely recommend it.
The location and price was perfect close to the centre very reasonably priced. Very welcoming check in and brilliant advice on local amenities. Rooms where spotless, comfy beds and over all a very fresh smelling inviting place to stay.
The "sea view" wasn't the best but otherwise good place. No welcome drink!..
The thing that would have improved the service for me would have been an ensuite bathroom and a deposit box for keys.
Perfect little guest house.
Great little guest house. I had the double ensuite with a super comfy bed. Room had a small fridge and little table and chairs which was perfect if you are bringing and eating your own food.Bob the owner was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning.
