    Worst stay experience at doubletree hilton, chelsea

    We were travel-ling with a family. The hotel does not reply to emails pure arrival. Hotel does not help in carrying luggage nor information about going around city. Room service cleaned room incomplete and in evening a drunk service person was sent to take out trash. One of the worst hilt-on experiences.

    Very Good Hotel

    We were there for a night. We had a good experience staying at the hotel. The reception lady was always smile and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed were comfy.
