    Extremely terrible.

    Ac not working. I was given a room with table fan. Not something i imagined in my wildest dream. There was absolutely no information given to me when i was making the booking, when i checked in. Once i reached my room, i found the ac not working and came back to reception then i was told. Horrible experience. Bed was shaking as trains passed by below the hotel.

    Rooms was very small bed was just 2. 5 feet not enough space to keep baggage and move from here to there

    Poor Stay

    The room (size) was so small and this wasn’t clear during the booking; room charges turned out to be too steep compare to some of the branded hotels in the vicinity though availability of common coffee machine was welcome addition. Room was clean and maintained well.

    Rooms are small but staff is extremely cooperative. We left our bags with them for 3 days while we were in scotland and they were more than happy to help
