andrea.familyOct 27, 2024 Absolutely adorable cabin! We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable beds and the fireplace made the living area so cozy! There is free pressed coffee but if you take your coffee with sugar or cream we suggest you bring some as they only provide the coffee. There is a fridge, freezer and microwave. And bikes are available to use. The cabins are within walking distance to the Village. Wish we had more time to stay longer!
cynthia.family_with_childrenOct 22, 2024 I love the location, the smell of this place was amazing, The only thing that I recommend for them to consider is to install better lighting this place is too dark. You cannot see yourself when you put in makeup or getting dress.
What a hidden gem in Big Bear! My husband and I had a great weekend staying at N+P’s. The cabin was cute, quirky, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a weekend trip! N+P is the only place we’ll stay for our future trips to Big Bear!
Beautiful property would definitely come again!

hassane.familyOct 07, 2024 Hi, over all our stay was not bad. I would like to mention 2 problems.
1 - The beds are not queen beds. i will say a full size beds. too small for two individuals. it was not comfortable at all.
2 - The check out before 10:00AM was not convenient for someone in need for a nice morning sleep. too early.
3 - In Fran's Cabin, the picture of the old lady in the restroom was scary - better to changes that picture.

annalisa.familySep 03, 2024 A gem in Big Bear. Private, quiet and yet very close to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment, the location is perfect. The property is exquisite, the cabins are cozy and elegant, A perfect place for your getaway.
This is such a beautiful location inside and out! The provided bikes were fun to use, the hammock in the shared picnic grill area could’ve rocked me to sleep, having 2 toilets was a plus, each unit has its own parking, loved that there was a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, sink, cutlery, plates/cups, and all other necessary kitchen supplies, they have more than enough toiletries and shower supplies, the location is optimal for walking, it’s about a 15 min walk from The Village where there’s shops, gas, food spots, etc. To top it all, the hosts are VERY responsive and accommodating when able! Would stay here again!

Our stay at Noble&Proper was amazing, loved the design so much thought went into these places, The shower was amazing, comfy beds and just a really amazing place. We will definitely be staying here when we come up to Big Bear. You all need to book this place❤️ We stayed in “Otto” and look forward to coming back soon

Noble and Proper is an AMAZING place to stay!!! Look no further. Stayed in Joseph’s Hut July 20-21 and upon entering the chalet our senses are equally and pleasantly overwhelmed. As we entered we found it nice and cool with the a/c already on, there was a wonderful scent of musk that we all enjoyed, and the decor was beautiful and different than any other place we’ve stayed at. Beds were comfortable, full bath downstairs and a half bath between the two bedrooms upstairs. Great ambiance inside and out. Will definitely stay here again!!!

karen.family_with_childrenJul 15, 2024 Great property. Cleanliness and overall quality was on point. Loved the decor! The only downfall was that the blinds didn’t fully cover the window so the sunshine peeked through the sides in the morning. Otherwise, excellent overall! Thank you!
