    Great location. Superb concierge stayed for a week. Breakfast for the exact same everyday. Rooms were decent and spacious, and the beds were comfy.

    A good place but need to ask for everything- from water to bathrobes to slippers. They charged every day in addition to the actual rentals just hikes up the cost of stay making it too expensive for the 4 star rating!

    Excellent hospitality, great room, great location, great breakfast and excellent concierge service. Customer service desk was super helpful. Great place to stay in Boston.

    Location is excellent, staff is very professional The biggest mall messe is from inside the hotel Bar is very good, They offer excellent cocktails There concierge is very professional They charge for the car park which is very costly.

    We visited Boston from 1st December to 5th December. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel staff was very friendly and helping. We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt regency. The location of hotel is very nice. If you are looking for a central place in Boston I think Hyatt regency is the best option.
