We stayed here for an out of town family visit. Both nights we were awakened around 3am by people staying in the room across the hall. They were yelling screaming and cursing out in the hall. This went on for a couple hours each night. I was in the room with my 2 daughters and it didn’t feel very safe.
It was truly amazing the staff was so polite and helped with everything.

Didn't feel safe while in the parking lot and no real security to keep anyone from coming in and going up the elevator of the hotel. Would be better if they had a place to get a hot breakfast and not just yogurt, fruit cup and muffins.
Rear entrance need some work on the door lock

richard.familyOct 21, 2024 New, updated rooms. Very clean, fresh smell/no odors, friendly staff. Affordable, close to Colgate University. Easy on/off roads to the college. Decent eateries nearby.
Breakfast option at the hotel is not good. Nate's Place nearby is great though.
Elevator works ok but gave us some issues getting to the 3rd Floor a few times.
No one at the front desk, had to wait during check in. No one at the front desk during check out. Left key card on their keyboard. Breakfast consisted of granola bars and apple sauce.
I am always pleased with the service they provide . Friendly, rooms r clean . Smells good (clean)
Norwich overall has gone downhill, but it’s nice to have a decent hotel to stay in!
melissa.familyOct 07, 2024 Hotel was definitely older. No restaurant on premise, looked like there was one at some point. Our door to the room had to be pushed hard to ensure latching. Our tv lost service constantly and had to be rebooted over and over. One morning I had hot water in the shower, the next morning it was luke warm at best. Outside door on one side of the building wouldn’t close so anyone could have entered. Room was nice, although bed was very hard. Hotel was central to restaurants and shopping.
We were here for a quick overnight, and on to our next destination, Cooperstown to visit the baseball hall of fame. The hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay.
Nice stay poor rating due to no hot water for morning shower day of departure.
shawn.family_with_childrenSep 22, 2024 My family and I entered the hotel to the very strong smell of Marijuana through the entire hotel. The back door to the back parking area was propped open ALL night long with stones and the room next to ours their door was also propped open all night long with the door stopper. Will not recommend!

Everything is great except the "breakfast included" is actually a grab and go bar with pre-packaged foods only. A bit deceptive
