For the 2,nights I was there I did not get any sleep children were running and banging through the hallway . Carpets are not cleaned . There was a bug on the wall in my room . No proper towels . Receptionist rude not able to speak English . I told the manager about the noise he just shrugged his shoulders at me very disappointed. Nothing like the laqunta in tinley park
I was very uncomfortable, knowing that I was charged a different amount than what I was quoted when I made reservations

william.familyNov 26, 2024 It was a nice room with good amenities. The breakfast was very good. The room itself need some work done. The drain in the sink was sticking up out of the sink and needed repair. The fan in the wall heater was loud. The bathroom had 3 dispensers on the wall with only one working although they did give us a little bottle of shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap. The shower control was hard to operate and I could not get it to shut off completely.

daniella.partnerNov 20, 2024 Television needs replacement. Shower curtain was too short so water fell outside the tub and on the floor. Whole bed needs replacing, had stains on it. Woke up feeling disgusted being in the room.

They took the card but never checked us out expecting us to check ourself out on their website. They were rude at check in and rude during breakfast. The room was still dirty and only one small garage can and 2 towels
The room , the hallways the lobby were filled with tobacco smell . They advertised breakfast included, no breakfast was offered except hot water and coffee. Broken iron in the room no new towels . The hotel is strategically placed by the airport but the management and service is rudimentary. I love to buy this hotel and put it under New management.

Our room didn’t look anything like the photos, very outdated. When checking in no one was at the front desk waited about 20 minutes as they were in the restroom a sign at the front desk would be nice. Both ice machines on our floor were broken.
It’s perfect! The cheapest in the area but definitely worth it!!!
Chicago Willowbrooke Laquinta location: There was a big crack under our door in which you can see straight in the room from the hallway if you bent down, pubic hair was in the shower, holes in sheets on both beds, cobwebs in the corners of the room. Oh and they had a broken iron board that fell apart when we tried to open it to iron our clothes. And the front desk staff was extremely rude and had the worst attitude I have ever experienced at a Laquinta. The desk clerk from the overnight shift told us that we can have a late check out for 12 noon and anything after 12 noon would be a fee but the next morning we received a knock at the door saying it’s time for checkout and we explained that we requested late checkout and the person at the door tried to tell us that late checkout is 1130 and anything after that is a $20 fee but when we would not agree he then got an attitude and stated okay ma’am I am not charging you so I asked for a receipt to show that my deposit would be returned onto my card and he responded stating that I did not charge you ma’am but I can charge you and then give you a receipt. Just rude with no customer service.
