No Managers, Hotel Doesnt Repair Anything
Everything at this hotel was broken. Elevator was broken, Hot Tub and Pool were closed. 2nd flood Ice Machine was broken, Emergency exit on first floor was broken. TV required programming, I asked the staff and they said it didnt need internet to work, but it was asking for internet. Internet was intermittent and once I got the TV connected it worked, but would require me to exit to the home acreen, reselect the wifi and select my tv channel again every time the internet went out, which was about every 20 minutes. I diacoveres breakfast timea had changed, I missed breakfast by 5 minutes, everything had already been removed. The previous evening the store area, with sodas and snacks was roped off. When I called the marketing manager to complain I got the front desk, who said the manager was sick, when I asked about the marketing person they didnt say anything, and the front desk clerk said they had no permission to address any issues. Hotels.com called, front desk told him the same thing. I called Comfort Inn Choice members service, they contacted the hotel and were told the manager was unavailable.
Building had signs warning not to eat in rooms, not to stay more than 15 minutes past checkout or you will have extended stay fees, that breakfast hours were shortened. ect.. ect..
From reading previous reviews, the elevator has been broken for 8 months. The pool & hot tub doesn't appear to ever be open. And the internet issues have been going on for at least the last month.
benito.familyDec 09, 2024 Elevator out of order apparently for a year, ice machine broken, gym closed, business office closed, carpets super stained. Wall paper peeling off the walls, our ceiling in our room had paint peeling probably from a leak. Overall this hotel is trash and gives comfort suites a bad name.

Old property dirty and Moldy
The key had to be reset no less than 3 times for a one night stay. Everything is dirty and stained. To say the facilities and furniture and decor is aged would be an understatement. Elevator didn't work. Smells like mold. Breakfast bar did not have tea or coffee (cane down an hour after it opened and ppl were waiting for coffee...). Just goes on and on...
Roaches in room , elevators broke , hallways and stairways dirty
Our stay was okay. No noise issues. The rooms do need thorough cleaning possibly updating & pest management since we found a dead roach in the bathroom. Hotel has definitely gone down the last years
raymundo.familyDec 02, 2024 Elevator wasn’t working at the time of my stay. and had to walk up three flights of stairs with all my luggage . Breakfast could’ve been better than the pre packaged breakfast sandwiches they served that morning. (if you stay here just go and eat at the ihop around the corner)

Elevator was not working. Other than not accepting pets. It was comfortable.
martin s.familyNov 25, 2024 Dirty room, walls were unfinished, restroom was in bad shape, bed had hairs and sheets were in bad condition.
Bed was comfortable and the hot water works great.. almost too good. The lobby was very nice but the elevators were out of service, Business/ computer room was not operational. Hotel needs lots of TLC which it looked like they may be in the process of.
The rooms are full of stains, tv didn't work. I told the manager. He said maintenance would be there to fix it. I'm still waiting on maintenance 2 days later. Never fixed. The elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor. No attempts to fix elevator. The worst stay ever! Do NOT stay here.
Beautiful and lovely place to stay
rui.family_with_childrenNov 17, 2024 The elevator was broken. The frontdesk said someone will fix it, but never happened during our two-day stay. We have to lift our luggage through stairs. The computer/business room has been broken and closed forever. The carpet in the corridor is dirty. The breakfast is below the average. Very disappointing. It seems they don't care about customers at all.
I have some many complains! I book a room since like a month ago! Hours before checking in I receive a call letting me know that they didn't have a double bed available that if I was okay with a 1 king size bed with a sofa bed. I said that it was fine as we get there we check in mind you the elevators weren't working. So as we go in the room it had a horrible smell like if something had stayed wet for a long while. Then we noticed that the sofa was wet! And to top it off the carpet was completely wet as well! We let the front office know and all they said was that they didn't any other rooms and that the carpet had supposably been washed!
Oh and please update your photos hotel doesn’t look nothing like the photos!!! Never again!!!!

Elevator has been broke for over a year bathroom kept clogging every of day. Then at night they gave someone access to my room and came in while i was sleeping had to pull my sidearm and ask them to leave and the hotel managment didnt even care said its not there problem. The owners do absolutely nothing for the property the mini store is a joke. Breakfast they like serving moldy fruit and barely take care of refilling Breakfast and just reserve the leftovers again next day. Do not stay at this hotel.
