Some confusion as we checked in. We had prepaid through Hotels.com. We were sent a text to check in online, which I completed. The desk said they are not connected to that system. ??? The room was not as clean as I would like. I wiped it down myself. Towels were stained. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. When I checked my cc bill after returning home, I saw that I was charged by the hotel. Still working on getting that removed. Hotel is very convenient to the places we need to go in Greensboro. Will probably stay again. Hope they improve a bit.

This hotel was fine for a two night stay, but I paid for a queen size bed and was put in a room with a full size bed (I know the difference because my bed at home is a full size).

Just average. You get what you pay for ($64 per night). Staff not overly helpful. Room seemed dissuffled (bed was lumpy amd wrinkled). Room warm and stuffy. Bathroom was clean yet shower head not new.

difficulty bringing the luggage into the hotel, as well as maneuvering through the hallway with the housekeeping cart. Staff at the front desk was less than helpful and rude and not understanding of customer service. Side door to bring your luggage in from the parking lot did not work as well. There was only one spot to take your luggage cart down that out-of-the-way. There were burn marks on the sheets and the fitted sheets from cigarettes. The bathtub has not been scrubbed since the 1900s. If it was not for a quick stay over and returning home the next day I would have left.
