Terrible Stay

There was no room service in the hotel. Nobody used to pick calls at the concierge or at the guest services. I was in fever for good 3 nights when i checked in. I requested for food in the room, i did not get that. I asked for a wheel chair till the lobby i did-not get that too.

The stay was good, but the main issue was charging around 300 usd towards maintainance charges apart from the room charges and taxes collected through make my trip. I understand that it's the hotel standard practice wherein they include these charges if we book directly ( last year i stayed in the same hotel for world of concrete exhibition). It's your strategy ( wrong)to attract customer @ lower prices

Spacious rooms and good connectivity for strip

It’s a big, busy and beautiful hotel, has its own casino. It’s at the north end of the strip and well connected by monorail. By monorail you can go to any leas vegas strip attraction. Accommodative for free early check-in and upgrades at decent price. You need to pay taxes extra 50 dollars per day. Rooms are well equipped with amenities except coffee maker. Hotel has different towers with different room categories and view. Bars and restaurants are in hotel. I haven’t tried food there. For pure vegetarian, you may find something in pure authentic italian restaurants. For local transport take monorail one or two day passes that will save your money, at weekends it runs till 3 am. Fl-ix bus stop is at strip so may plan travel to other cities at economic cost as well.

Seamless check in even when we checked in late at night. Room was neat and clean. However, late check out request was denied

Sahar is a great stay, casino is excellent, room rates are excellent compared to property it’s look like five star property, valet parking is free and very easy, over lal it’s a great experience

Conveniently located, old-fashioned decor

Conveniently located with nearby options to cater to daily needs. Room decor is old-fashioned but functional. The interior of the corridors were to dark for comfort. Check-in & check-out is efficient.

The hotel is located at one end of the strip and is quite close to the stratosphere hotel but is a little far from the other hotels and stuff on the strip. They have their own bus stop and getting to all the main places like the strip, downtown is quite easy. The rooms are clean, well maintained but the basic room seemed a little small. Overall everything was pretty good.

Decent stay and delivers to expectations

Clean and hygienic hotel especially the new wing in which we stayed. It’s at one end of the strip so to get to the middle of the strip it’s a bit of a travel about 3 kms. However, the rooms are good (small but comfortable)

Very average housekeeping and service

The location is good. Nothing else is. Housekeeping didn't clean our room on day one and we had to call them. On the next couple of days they barely cleaned it. Very poor.

Location and food in this area was awesome. Wonderful hotel but too costly. Only one think which I want to share is the extra charge at the time of check in which I doesn't know when ever I booked. I was facing really problem.

Good property, poor service

The hotel property is good per the budget, but they seriously need to work on their customer service. The wi-fi didn't connect with the registered email id.
