It was late night. When I entered I could not see any reception area. I was calling hello. Then a lady appeared and asked my last name and i'd. She said there was no reservation in my name. I told her I booked the room and paid the amount but how could they did not have my reservation. Then another lady came and found the same. Then she asked me to wait. However after so many calls and efforts the reservation was given. I went to the room and came out to get some thing. The key card did not work. So I had to go down to get activated. It happened again and I was surprised. The office staff told me the computer showed that I checked out. Then he gave me another key card. I was so tired and got frustrated by the mistakes.
