    They don't accept travel card & cash for security

    They don't accept travel card and cash for security deposit only credit card with name accept for this at 100$ per day. Location is good near conservation center bathroom are small no breakfast is available.

    Over valued and not worth to spend

    Too much high parking fees $30/night. No facilities for breakfast. Very small bathroom, may be less than 3 ft x 2 ft in area. Not enough space to stand. There are better options in LA downtown with value for money.

    Unpleasant staff

    Rude staff. Check in time is 3 pm, whereas my wife and I reached at 8 am and the lady behind the reception said that I won't get a room before 3. Also they said I would be charged $50 for early check in but still I will have to wait for 5 hours to get a room in early check in basis. Secondly the $50 deposit which is refunded takes donkey years to get refunded. I checked out on 17th May 2016 and I still haven't got the refund back of $100 for 2 nights.

    No specific complaint. Time to check-in can be reduced. Staff is courteous and helpful. In room only coffee can be made, provision for tea may also included. Only tea bag extra is required. There was water problem on one day for which we were warned but it created nuisance as toilet could not be flushed. It was okay later. For the money charged, it is good. People warned us about the neighbourhood but we did not see any problem on the main road and could easily walk to 7 Eleven store 100 m away in the middle of the night to buy food.
