Nice property but misleading.
Stay was ok, but I have an issue with hotels that charge $15 a day to park when I’m already paying to stay there. Also, I booked a “4 bedroom suite”. It ended up being 2- 2 bedrooms that were across the hall from one another. Advertised as 4 bedroom that was 2-2 beds with adjoining door.
We evacuated from Sarasota to Miami for Hurricane Milton. Having stayed at the Roami Motorworks in NOLA, I knew Habitat would be great too. Didn’t disappoint. Comfortable room, great location. No complaints!
uraiwan.friendsOct 09, 2024 I stayed at the room one five zero two.There is a construction happening next to the property. We have been to this place so many times but this time round I feel like restless because of the construction noise that happens early morning everyday. During my stay the day before I’m leaving it’s raining so hard and I fall so hard on the floor at the entrance door of tower 1 and I have to call them to let them know about the accident and warn them about the anti slip mat which was not there.
The keycard doesn’t work and I have go back to reception 3 times to make them understand that it’s really not working and have to reprogram the key.
The next door DOG room one five zero three are barking like maniac and I told the receptionist about it. She replied as this is a pet friendly place if I heard the noise again she will be gladly to move the room for me. She is helping on her limit and I understand all the staffs are very helpful.
Fire Alarm chaos at Roami
Habitat Residence-Roami was overall a good place to stay for my family and I. However, I would not consider it as a future possibility as a stay while in Miami for the following and very important reason: fire alarms went off 4 times between the hours of 3:45-6:11 am on Saturday morning. After it was safe to go back in, we asked the person at the front desk why the alarm had gone off and were told it was a false alarm. Needless to say we couldn’t sleep after the other alarms were heard which was very unfortunate since we were having my father’s funeral later that day!

Exactly what was expected / needed
Great location, clean, efficient and simple. Not the best views but everything else was perfect. Always found parking in the street. Efficient check in and out.
The apartment is big and co for table. Kitchen is fully stocked. Everything was clean and place looked amazing. Highly recommend. The location right in Brickell close to everything
We came to Miami for a medical emergency for a family member. This property was amazing for us as everything was easy. Easy to book, great communication, the staff were available and attentive to our needs, very clean, and in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle but also within walking distance to the city. We were very happy!
