Niagara fall visit

The location is the biggest plus point & basic hotel with spacious rooms. They charged us usd 75 as a security deposit on arrival which is not what others hotel do ( they only ask you to swipe your card) & the reverse transaction did not show up till our departure

Terrible Stay

My issue with makemytrip and not the hotel. I book the hotel for 4 rooms and when i drove all the way with the family i found out at hotel that make my trip did only one room and not 4 while payment done for 4 rooms. After struggling with the hotel and customer support no solution found and i had to make another booking for 3 rooms. Now i made double payments, make my trip charged me for 4 rooms while in hotel system shows only one and i have to make direct reservation for 3 rooms. In total i booked 7 rooms

Location is superb just walking distance from niagara falls, neat & clean rooms, front desk very cooperative. Restaurants nearby. Excellent stay.

Location was a great advantage. Very comfortable stay. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast could have been better, with more warm foods.

The hotel is closest to the niagara falls and walking distance to the niagara falls state park. Clean and tidy rooms and coffee available at ground floor near lift lobby.

It was an amazing stay in the pointe in the middle of niagara state park so close to american falls. All the facilities were nearby to the hotel

Location was excellent. Breakfast was better than expected with good spread. However, staff was not cooperative. Bathroom should be bigger more pegs to hang clothes.

The hotel is near by Niagara falls. Good hotel and very near by the falls... Good Indian hotels.. Pleasant stay... Clean rooms and bathrooms... Water is drinkable and yes breakfast was good... Falls is just opposite to Niagara falls. It is easy to see it from room..

Beautiful stay

The rooms were pretty good with the view towards the falls which can't be seen until it's a high rise hotel, the staff was a little friendly but good. Breakfast was good with a good variety and the location is very good
