christina.familyOct 03, 2024 This was an amazing oasis to stay while moving my daughter into college. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive at every step. At one point when my daughter was feeling anxious and emotional, she was treated like family and welcomed to Arizona so warmly it nearly brought me to tears. Honestly every person we met at the resort was an absolute gem who made each day brighter!
william.partnerSep 12, 2024 Property was beautiful but the customer service was not at level you expect when staying at a Ritz-Carlton. Concierge was unhelpful and seemed bothered when I inquired about available activities on the property. The servers by the pool ignored the cabanas until I went up to the bar to ask how I could place an order. In-room dining was good but we did order the charcuterie plate two nights while we were there and the second time we were given a portion that was half the size and the staff member who delivered was dismissive when I brought it up. The Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain falls far short of being the gold standard of customer service that Ritz-Carlton is known for.
It was 5 stars all the way. Alex at the Poolside bar was awesome! Everyone was great!!! Can't wait to go back some day soon.
kathryn.partnerAug 30, 2024 We wanted a quiet couple of days to celebrate our 56th wedding anniversary with a beautiful location and good food and wine. Dove mountain is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. We hope to make this an annual event.

matthew.family_with_childrenJul 30, 2024 Overall experience was excellent. Rated down the property because of a bad experience with the valet staff. Returned to the property after a short trip and when I left my vehicle the valet staff ignored me, walked past, would not take my vehicle keys initially even after I chased one down. An hour later I received a phone call from the front desk saying I needed to move my abandoned vehicle. After an unsuccessful telephone call to sort out the problem, I had to leave my family at the pool area and return to the front desk to identity the valet staff I gave my keys to. This was an unnecessary diversion from my family and a disappointing experience for the amount this property charges to valet vehicles.

The serenity of this resort will keep me coming back! Tucked away in a canyon, it is a perfect location for a little getaway or vacation. The food is delicious as are the unique drink selection.

Sonoran Desert Beauty at its Finest!
Another amazing stay at a Ritz Carlton property! The hotel grounds were breathtaking, the food was stellar, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful stay and got completely spoiled. It was hard to leave, but we will be back again.
