Food is expensive, but restaurants are available in walking distance. Very professional maintenance team. I had cistern flow problem, immediate attention was given and replacement done very quickly.

The room was good, clean and overall was a perfect stay. The best thing is that the views from the room is just pure bliss. The views of sunrise with city lights and views of all the prominent places right from your bedroom was a lovely experience.

5/5 for the location. The staff is quite helpful. The amenities are good. Breakfast is good but the food menu gets repetitive after a couple of days. Quite a good place to stay for a short trip

The hotel is fine and rooms are neat n clean. There is no airport shuttle. The front office staff is not very helpful and at times border on being impolite and discourteous. Only the housekeeping staff and the lobby bellboy were positive and helpful. Don’t think i shall be staying at holiday inn property in san francisco again in future

Very good option near kensington garden

The hotel is old but renovated inside a lane overlooking kensington garden. Underground station is walking distance and location is quite good for travel-ling to central london tourist spots

Misleading information of the rooms, very average services. Room key stopped working after a day of stay, wifi was poor, breakfast charges very high. Overall it's a exorbitantly priced property for very average experience

It looked like it was near the downtown area where homeless people are staying on footpath. But since it's located at a safe location and security arrangements were also good so we felt safe

The location of the hotel was excellent as the access to local transport was really easy. I had taken a 7 days mun i passport which can be searched online by which i could travel on cable cars and buses. The bus stop and cable car stop was nearby and was very convenient to travel.
