Very good location and good rooms. Near to union square. And connected to public transport. Bathroom were clean and hygienic.

Terrible Stay

Service expected was different, first off the locality doesn't seem safe, with a lot of homeless problem. The free breakfast is boring with zero options. The hotel misuses credit card information to charge. Later that day it is a system issue, they don't refund that money for days, we have to literally follow-up 100 times to get it back. I have zero trust on their pci doss compliance. Missing credit card information is unacceptable. Manager/supervisor doesn't give any proper response, very evasive. Very dissatisfied.

Hotels is at best possible location to be close to down Town and Golden gate and to fisherman's wharf. Very polite staff. It's a good place to be for few days.

Centrally located and union square is walking distance. The reception was fast and lobby area is warm. Room was clean and spacious.
