Stay was amazing. The property is based on a private island with all the luxury one can think. It has ferry service 24/7. Mesmerizing view and hospitality. Should have booked for another day.

"i recently had the pleasure of staying at vino pearl at ha long bay and was thoroughly impressed. The true standout, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was warm, attentive, and tailored to our needs. There was a bit delay for early check in. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience to stay in a resort like this. Warm hospitality with wonderful staff interaction. Only suggestion would be to train their staff for better english

Resort is good. Only problem is dinner timing. Dinner closed at 10pm. In such tourist destination restaurant closes at 10 pm is very inconvenient.

Beautiful resort in the middle of water. Big size room and great facilities. Only concern is vegetarian food which is not at all available. For non vegetarian and sea food lover it is like heaven

One of the best hotels in have ever stayed. Excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were also very clean and tidy and the view was just wow. Had a pleasant stay. It is like a whole new experience to stay there. Would definitely visit again

It was a great experience living in an island located where one could see the majestic mounts of the famous ha long bay. The service was prompt and professional. All help was extended. The food was lovely especially the buffet spread

It was a wonderful experience staying at the vinpearl. The property is situated on an island and the journey starts with a 5 min boat ride to the property. The entire resort is a very well thought through, with the check in counters located at the mainland so that the hotel staff can pick up and get the luggage to the island property. Besides a large outdoor pool, the property has an indoor pool so that one can swim even during the cold periods. The property also has a private beach. Overall, a fabulous experience! definitely recommend a stay!

It is an out of the world resort situated on a whole island with one covered pool and two open pools. There are three private beaches and a lot of sports activities. Food is good. Rooms are excellent and both city view and ocean view rooms are very good. Reception is on mainland and taken by train boat to the island hotel. A genuine luxury five star

The resort is just amazing. Very beautifully maintained & everything was very spacious & neat. Loved the indoor & outdoor swimming pool. The complimentary sauna was amazing. Food variety was great for vegan. Loved it
