    Good Hotel at Old Quarter Hanoi

    Location of the Hotel is very good. Service is also good. But some room does not or have a very small window. Room with bigger window or balcony is costlier. Indian restaurants Zaika and some others are on walking distance. Room Sizes are not very big.

    Wonderful stay

    L'Heritage Hotel offered great stay when we went for honeymoon. Rooms are clean, spacious with good view. Breakfast is really good, with mix of Vietnamese and continental. Very strategically located, close to famous beer street.

    The hotel is not bad but nothing great. Toiletries are not given amply, towels etc. To be changed every day, breakfast menu is repeated and the mid priced rooms are claustrophobic, upper range rooms are good. Staff are very polite and helpful, very good.

    Poor air conditioning in hallways was the only issue. Staff is extremely friendly and we had a good stay.
