Prime location within walking distance of walking street. Hotel staff was very friendly as well. Rooms were pretty clean as well

The hotel is at an excellent location and within walking distance distance to major hotspot like bui vien walking street, been thanh market, saigon centre, war museum, etc. On top of that the indian food restaurant i. E. Natraj is only 10 meters from hotel.

Rooms are smaller & congested. Doors are not sound proof; we could hear music from the club across the street till 2 in the morning. One of the drunk guests started knocking on our room door at 3. Toilet fittings are made of cheap fibre & with a slight pressure it breaks.

Good staff and good location in ho chi main city ! indian restaurant just opposite of hotel, very good ambiance but breakfast is not good !

This is 2 star property. Staff good but food quality is not up to the mark. Very less items. 700 m from bui vien walking street.

No late check out granted even though i checked in at 10:30 am. Only for 1. 5 hr. I requested for late check out for 1 hour which was refused. Saying we will charge for that. My stay was fr hardly 1. 5 hrs. Missed breakfast as it was till 9:30 only. The **** at reception was on call & i kept waiting for 15 min. When i said out of 2 hr. 20 min u hv already exhausted. Then she started the check in process. Only one person at reception. They charged for the water bottle that i used saying as it was kept in fridge it is chargeable. Ac was not working good. There was no fan in the room. Overall feel cheated & do not recommend.

The hotel was exactly what it promised. Neat and clean rooms. Extremely helpful staff and filling breakfast. It’s in a good neighbourhood and has most of the landmarks in ten minutes distance on a motorcycle.

Pros:
center of the city. Near to the attractions. Indian restaurants nearby. Decent room - value for money. Daily house keeping. Two water bottles a day free. Cons:
staff struggle to understand english, but they are helpful. Window was broken, could hear outside noise all night. Locker was broken, they didn't get it fixed after reminding them multiple times. No veg breakfast, only bread jam available for veggies. They give fruits which is great. Need to wait for lift, 12 floors and one lift. Good stay for all, especially for families.

Location was good, many options for food and coffee, the hotel is under staffed. At night during checkout only one staff member was present at the reception. No one was there to bring luggage from the room. Otherwise decent hotel for the money

I was allocated a room with window facing the wall, but when I asked for better room in the same category, they immediately allotted me 1103 room number, windows facing to open space :). Staff behaviour was good. Breakfast had just once in 4 days stay of mine as I eat only vegetarian. Nice restaurants and coffee shop near by and also walking distance to many known places.

Location is very good in the heart of City. Break fast quality is very nice veg and non veg both. Hospitality and all staff very cooperative and helpful. I like it too much.
