Extremely disappointing experience. Never book, they would just tell they have not received the payment and ask you to pay again, that too in an inflated price. Otherwise had an excellent experience in armenia but this hotel just wanted to loot us.

The hotel is comfortable overall, you have everything you might need. The problem for me was noisy aisles. I think there could be a way to regulate other guests in a way that they wouldn’t disturb others. Overall, the area is clean, comfortable. Another thing i didn’t like was the lighting. There weren’t really many options, and the only option of the lamp was very irritating for the eyes.

Couldn't stay due to missed flight-and i have stayed in this hotel before also. This hotel has all the facilities and cleanliness has also been given full attention.

Price rung me kafi sasta hai but shahi hai khan vagera aapko lene dur jana padwnga texi kaur ke hotel me pani bhi bhat mehanga dete hai

Hotel service is very poor, no body can bother for customer service. Small room with zero service. In future never ever plan visit hotel.

Being rate as 4-star hotel, they should have a good internet connection. In our room, which is in the 3rd floor was totally zero connection. We need to go out from the room to get the hotspot. When it comes to food, they’re serving the same breakfast menu everyday so i don’t think it’s good. Staffs during our breakfast used to take our plates and other utensils while my husband still eating. No courtesy to ask permission from the guests first before taking the utensils. When it comes to facilities, they’re not that much attentive to give us our request. Yesterday i requested for the shampoo and iron but they didn’t bring to our room. The other day, i requested again for the iron but they gave us non-working iron. Over-all rate, we are not satisfy with their service and i can’t recommend this to some of my friends. No thanks!
