Located near to king cross Station makes it easy to travel in City. Breakfast complimentary is through a cafe downstairs. Good but same menu everyday.

The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms were cozy and the best was comfortable. Two items from mini bar per night was a bonus.

It was not the best of experiences. The hotel is and, they don't seem well staffed for a place like that. Does not have a pool and they charge their guests overnight parking and a pretty hefty amount at that. It was not a good experience.

For the price a highly overrated property. Not centrally located and a very small hotel. DID NOT GET CHECK IN early though staff were really sweet and helpful. The bed was comfy but bathroom sink in the room design was horrible. WOULD not recommend for the price. Definitely not 5 star
1. Check-in was a breeze even though we had check-in late evening. 2. There was repair work going on in the lobby because of that entry looked very basic and narrow. 3. It is very near kings cross station so that helps for commute 4. Note it did not have any swimming pool 5. They did give us a complimentary coupon for the restaurant and the food served was good. Overall a good hotel for the amount we paid. Recommended.

Well-located hotel

Location was great. Just 2 min walk from train station so convenient if someone using the trains. Good cafes and restaurants close by. Comfortable bed. Only put off was that the hotel don't give clean towels!! After they clean the room they simply fold old towels to look new which was really disgusting since they should give washed towels everyday. We stayed for 3 nights so figured only the second day.
