Really surprised and impressed with the room. Was recommended by a friend so i booked, and when we arrived i was thinking the outside looked run down and not somewhere i would normally stay, but i was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was obviously very newly renovated and fantastically clean. The beds were comfy, linen like new and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The TV was huge too. We had a really comfy night and would 100% book again. Great value for the room so don't let the outside put you off. Very clean and comfy

Very clean and tidy room, that looks like it has just been renovated. Excellent value for the price, would be happy to stay again when next in town
The shower was leaking (water proofing failed). There was no lock or latch behind the door (felt a little unsafe). There was a window beside the door that had no curtain and you could not block out the front verandah light. You could also see into the room from that window.
On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the staff member was friendly.

No pool no meals WHY wasn't it told on the web site i wouldn't of booked because that was the reason i booked room and shower in room was crap no shower curtain water all over floor used towels for floor mat then mext morning had to find someone to get clean towels for our morning shower

The hotel section was being renovated and the only part guests had access to was the gaming room! The bistro was closed therefore no food was available on-site!
Pub was closed ,lots of screaming, did not feel safe, very cold room Toowoomba winter, Air con not sufficient and loud rattle ( on correct reverse cycle setting) Expensive for what was offered
Room is good a bit annoying the pub was closing early especially origin night
sharon.friendsMay 28, 2024 The use of sensor lights made for a very difficult stay. If you went to go to the toilet in the night, the moment you opened the bathroom door a fraction, the whole unit was floodlight and the other people were woken. It is a ridiculous system and must be changed.

Nice friendly staff but needs curtains and less smokers.
I recently stayed for a number of days and was disappointed in the facilities. IMO not value for money. Room smelled of a pet (dog?), shower was luke warm and had plenty of mould and cracked tiles. The room had a spa associated with the shower but did not work. Light above the bed had the light output of four suns and could handsomely light a hospital surgery. Staff however were friendly and helpful.
pravin.familyMay 09, 2024 Staff were outstanding. Room was clean and fresh. Bedding was very clean. Some noisy tenants which the owners might want to look into. One thing they can do is better screening of prospective tenants and clear warnings around how they behave and the purpose of the property.
I know things are tight for room in the car park but bigger cars can’t move around that great. Room was great more expected and modern will stay again next time I’m in town
