jean-baptiste.Nov 15, 2024 J'arrive et on me donne une chambre déjà occupé, ensuite on me donne une autre chambre qui est inférieur a ce que j'ai réserver. Enfin, par ma que de chambre de la catégorie que j'avais réservé, on me donne une suite.
Moquette toute tachée, lumière brisée, chambre mal insonorisé. Il semblais y avoir un party a l'étage au dessus, a 23h30 ça connais encore sur le plafond...
Bref je retourne jamais là!
Pour un hôtel de Sept-Îles on ne se trompe pas
Cependant les clients ne sont pas les meilleurs car grafigne sur les murs mais fait par les clients.
Belle emplacement, propre et bon service. Le déjeuner est vraiment copieux.

Ils font les chambres au 2 jours seulement mais personne ne vous en avise. Nous avions jeter toute les serviettes dans le bain comme demandé sur leur note mais nous avons due aller en redemandées à la réception. Manque d'éclairage où ampoules brulées dans les lampes.

Hôtel très bien situé sur le quai, près de restaurants et activités. Plutôt moderne, chambre assez spacieuse et lumineuse, matelas un peu trop mous. Propreté inégale (taches sur le tapis de la chambre) mais trèsbien dans l'ensemble. Le déjeûner offre une belle variété, à inclure à votre réservation !
Loved the location on the waterfront and walking distance to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a bit of upgrading. Over all very good quality for the price.
The room was huge and the staff was friendly and their English was decent. Something that needs to be said is that many people travel from other provinces that do not speak French because it is not our first language so it is very important to have staff that are bilingual. I appreciate that they could speak English and they were polite. The bed was super comfy, however the pillows were very firm so not the most comfortable.
Nice view from balcony. Great place to stay , right by the marina
It does have many rooms so good for large groups. Breakfast options were great.
margaret.friendsJul 27, 2024 Most staff were very pleasant, but the breakfast and room cleaning services were the nicest. 5 stars to both of them. On both trips to stay there our room was not ready, one time we had to wait 2 hours. An explanation would have been nice - there was a mess, people late in leaving, etc - but we were just left being told to come back after the listed check-in time.
