There is no service. They dont have english even reception people also. How can we manage. I already requested you to cancel my hotel booking for to go another hotel. But your people didn’t accept. If you accept tha cansalation imight be book another hotel which is tha soot-able for me but you didn’t suport to me. This is tha worreat trip for me due to un support by makemytrip

Hotel is good overall, nearby options available for indian & arabic food. A small grocery also available at walking distance. Breakfast is below average as most of the items served are made with pork. Rooms are old but maintained good, room service is quick. No swimming pool or gym in working condition. Food is majorly chinese cuisine only. Overall 4/5 rating

They don't have any indian dish in breakfast. I have to eat breakfast in other restaurant and also there gym is not working

Hotel is located near to Louvre and Sunlink mall. About 10-15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi. Many restaurants located nearby. Service and staff behavior is very good.

Fortuna is well located in Foshan. Indian restaurant with good food is available just across road. Hotel had very hard mattresses, I have to face trouble one night. I stayed for 5 nights. Must check mattresses before check in.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Fortuna Foshan. The staff were cordial and good but found few instances where people had thrown cigarette buts near the reception counter. Apart from that overall a nice experience
