4. Excellent hotel in the center of guangzhou! transportation is much easy with more no of taxis & in close proximity to metro station. Great location for shopping! large room space, very comfort bed & no smoking smell! overall good value for our money stay.

Superb Hotel

We had booked a River view suite and its a beautiful view and very very specious and big suite. Sitting room is good, so is the bed room area with excellent view from both. The Hotel is located very very well with metro Station just next to the Hotel and many many eateries and stores nearby. Good choice.

Lovely place to stay ... Have been staying here past 10 years. Its the best lication in Guangzhou, with nice rooms. Metro is next door .. Local food is good. Absolutely excellent proprty to stay. Its wow

Service could've been better

Very well located but, could do with basic facilities like tea and coffee powder in the room which was available on charge only. Basic cutlery was also not available. I have stayed here earlier too and would recommend it to friends for its location and connectivity.

Good hotel but bad service

Hotel was good, but the service initially was bad. We had two rooms booked. My friend who was in the other room left one of our bag at reception so that I could collect it after I was back in the hotel. The hotel tried to charge us for leaving the bag at reception in-spite of us still staying in the hotel and our booking was there for another 3 days. Though after we complained, they cancelled the charges. Other than that, it was a decent good hotel with good location.

Hotel was centenary located surprise to see that metro station entry gate was next to hotel entrance. The market was very near to like Beijing Road. Also there were some good food joints was also near to the hotel, Hotel staff was nice and very co operative. The room was nice and clean and WiFi was having great speed we all enjoyed staying there

Central place close to market very comfortable to travel in metro next to hotel will visit again and surely refer to my friends thanks to make my trip for make my trip to Guangjohu. Imfere. Great hotel superb location neat room and staff was cooperative and informative they are concerned to take care of clients

Poor services; worst rooms

Got the worst room in the hotel. I don't know if this was a makemytrip special. This was facing construction site of the scenic elevators. 2 rooms either side would have been great. They charged for 2 bottles that were placed in the room. Except for 2 chaps who could speak English, others were alien.
