Since the hotel is near airport we had booked this place. Given we stay in Hilton properties across countries and cities, we chose this over Novotel etc. But this particular property is very badly maintained. It doesn't live upto Hilton standards at all. There was no cold water in the tub- only extremely hot water. Mirrors are cracked. The kettle does not work properly. They didn't even have tooth brushes. Breakfast options were also not great.

The checkin experience was very smooth and staff was very welcoming and helpful. It is walking distance to the cdg val. Rooms are very spacious and the food options though limited were well prepared.

The hotel was nice and clean, as expected. The staff was courteous. The hotel is just 3-minute walk away from the metro station. Overall its a good experience to stay in a cozy place like this.

The rooms were old - maintenance is needed - the wood from furniture was peeling off. Room service was a little slow.

The hotel is well located near the airport and easy to locate. Rooms are done tastefully and comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. However, it’s far from the city so will have to plan the day well. No metro late at night.

The room was not ready when we went for check in and was require to wait for an hour. The breakfast is very ordinary and did not have any major varieties

Not recommended for tourists at all. The checkin process was cumbersome, there is a deposit of 100 euros which is not documented. Only ready to eat packs are available to eat after 11pm and there is absolutely no kind of help from any of the staff. I personally reached out to the duty manager but no help received and even the information provided by employees does not align. No shuttle from the airport when i asked for one they suggested me to take the metro with all the luggage that's how rude the staff is.

Hotel is faded and well pass it’s prime. After 11. 00 pm, nothing is available to eat. Nothing near by to pick up a snack. You need to walk for 10 minutes and then take a train from a different terminal. Get down and again walk for 5 minutes. If you are travel-ling with luggage, it’s a tough task. It doesn’t have an ice machine. You have to request the bar attendant to get some ice! the room doesn’t justify a 4 star hilton rating. Not a great airport hotel. The front office is not humble too. The only thing good was a decent (not lavish, hilton calibre) breakfast!

We chose Hilton to be close to the Airport. However, we were not given early check-in even when I was ready to pay for it. We had to travel again back to City to spend time.

Very bad hotel to stay, the services are very poor, rooms are very small, they don't even listen to the complaints, no drinking water provided and nothing in mini bar. Overall complete fraudulent.

Great location. Ask the hotel about their shuttle.

Great location. But, very difficult to find the hotel's shuttle from the airport. We couldn't find it as the signboards are misleading. We took a train and had to walk a lot from the platform. Amenities in hotel are value for money. The breakfast was amazing. They charged me for phone calls when I had called their spa service. They were quick enough to resolve it and delete the amount. It shouldn't have happened in the first place and ruined my mood as they give me the bill first thing in the morning . . The hotel is a total value for money and offers a good stay if you are staying for one night to catch your flight.

This hotel has an extremely unique location. Can overlook flights from the comforts of your room. The facilities are really good. Best hotel in CDG. They have their shuttle service which is extremely convenient to the airport.

Food was okay but there is only one restaurant serving a very small choice. It would be good to have a larger variety. The lounge also is very sparse. The options very restricted. The bar is very bright and lively and stocked very well. We stayed for 3 days and had a great time.

The carpets in the room were extremely dirty. The staff was not at all friendly and at times the attendants at the desk were actually deceptive in their dealings. This property is a great location for both business and pleasure. Nonetheless, I could not recommend the property hotel for any purpose.

Very well located hotel next to CDG Terminal 3. Great rooms, Breakfast & Free Internet. Excellent service at the Reception. Well appointed rooms with King bed & good toilets. No noise from the airport close to the hotel. Good ice making facility on the 2nd & 4th floors
