This hotels location is very well connected through metro and as well as bus route. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot make my trip. Make my trip made my trip awesome. My dream is fulfilled.

Great location, just at the metro stop. Great hospitality and service. Spacious and well maintained rooms with eiffel tower view. Totally recommend it.

Very strict timings for basic things like room cleaning. The cleaning come for a fixed time and you have been constantly knocked and reminded to get the room done

Hotel is location just next to the line 13 metro station which is a big advantage. Hotel staff is helpful and prompt. Rooms are spacious and surprising clean. Noise proof windows and working amenities like microwave, fridge, sink, etc. Definitely recommend for family,
Mm t booked the hotel via agoda, when we reached the hotel, the hotel was not allowing us to check in, as the payment was not received by the hotel from agoda. We had a complete day of travel to reach this hotel and we were strangled again for atleast 1 hour, because of this issue. We tried contacting mm t however we received a callback after half an hour. I have again made the full payment at the hotel to check in as we were exhausted.

A good stay

Hotel is right next to a metro station and a bus stop with a few fast food restaurants nearby. Rooms are quite small when compared to other Novotel hotels. Breakfast is good, which includes raw meat and a lot of bread. Staff speaks English, which is a good perk for Indian or Asian guests.

I checked in for 2 nights with my family. All things are nice about this hotel except breakfast. A few varieties are available to eat. No options for vegetarian people.

Paris trip at Novotel Expo

Hotel is like a business hotel. Small and sweet but has a buffet breakfast. Doesn't really have other main options of food like general hotels but was a comfortable stay

The breakfast does not have variety. There is no restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Only one 300 ml water one bottle for 2 person a day. No basic toiletries in the room, you have to ask for a dental and shaving kit. No bathroom flip flop. If you order your food from outside, no one gives you in the room, one has to go down to reception to collect it.

Great place to stay in. The staff have been friendly and approachable. The rooms are reasonably sized neither my wife nor my kids had a problem. So that should explain. Proximity to the City centre is good. The metro is a stone's throw away. Would be happy to book again while traveling to Paris. Cheers!

If you are choosing a single room for 2 adult 2 child then there is less space but if you are budget conscious and want to stay in good this is the perfect place to stay as hotel location is good.

Location is very nice, food is good as they have only breakfast and no kitchen/restaurants. Service is good. Staff is helpful. The rooms were basic, but bigger than most Paris hotel rooms and good for a bomb hotel. It's far from main locations. But a decent option to stay as the location is aptly located near metro station. Making commuting easy.
