Old charm but needs some updates.
We were driving down to the camarague so we decided to spend a few nights in Avignon and to avoid the crowds we decided to book this hotel outside the city where we could also explore the area. The location of the hotel like mentioned on other reviews is right next to a busy road so if u open your windows one can hear a lot of traffic going by. The rooms we had felt a bit damp when we checked in and the beds were not also very comfortable. This is a family run hotel and I’m sure they could improve it a bit more by updating the carpets in the corridors and stairways. Breakfast was OK which we had one morning as you don’t have a choice of any places close by.
The pool was the highlight of the place and refreshing after a hot day of sight seeing.
The room was a bit of a squeez with a queen and a single bed for our daughter.
Maybe if the rearranged the furniture the could gain some space.
One positive was we had a fridge in the room.
Overall I guess it’s ok for the price but I would not go back if I was in the area and would prefer to try another property.
Chatmant mais tres chaud. Charming but very hot.
Very charming hotel. Staff service was great. I wished a load of clothes in their machines for $10E, with the help of gentleman at desk as I was unfamiliar with type of machine. Breakfast was good. But dinner at adjoining restaurant was delicious! Device there was great as well. Only complaint was lack of AC. Heavy comforter instead of light sheet made it that much more miserable. Beautiful grounds.
Comfortable and character but bring earplugs
The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. As we always travel with a bike he found a safe room to store it without any problem. It was lovely to have a bath especially after a long day of travelling. The bed was very comfortable and large. The downsides were poor sound insulation and the air conditioning unit which gurgled and made noises all night. I eventually muffled the sound with the quilt and a pillow around 2am and finally got some sleep. Then was woken by next door occupant snoring and again early morning by traffic. Not a very restful stay
"Renovation" was very poorly done by an unskilled person. Everything looks shabby, dark and moody. It also does smell moody. The bathroom is flooded when you bath, and there where some small bugs roaming the floor during the early morning. I would say that the only thing I was happy about was the breakfast, but on the second day the croissants were burnt and in a limited number. And it wasn't included in the price at all, we had to pay extra.

Séjour parfait , hôtel très chaleureux avec son cadre de maison de famille.
Juste un soucis, l'aubergiste voulais me faire règle la chambre , que j'avais déjà réglé sur le site lors de ma réservation . Elle m'a facture 8 euros en plus de la somme déjà payer .
jamais u une chambre puer autant le moisi ! déco tout naze, on se croirait dans un film d'épouvante, c'est une insulte aux client cet hotel.
Avis général de notre séjour
Un formidable séjour de 5 jours dans un hôtel accueillant et avec une piscine qui est la bienvenue lors de grosses chaleurs !
Personnel accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute.
Service de chambre appréciable.
Bon cadre, personnel accueillant.
Je retiens une seule chose , le sourire de la dame qui installe les clients le matin au petit déjeuner. Elle est adorable. Les autres je les oublie, surtout le gats du matin , qui ne reponds pas aux bonjour .
Hôtel correct, mais vieillissant.
Une rénovation des parties commune, escalier et chambre seraient bienvenue
En revanche le calme est appréciable et l'accueil sympathique.
défectuosités dans la chambre
Bon séjour, qui aurait pu être meilleur si : " chambre 3"
la douche n'avait pas une tuyauterie pomme et tuyau particulièrement défectueuse .
Les prises internet gauches étaient assez puissantes pour charger un téléphone.
tout l'éclairage coté droit hors service ( prise , branchement internet , lampadaire , éclairage de chevet .

Après avoir passer 2 nuits , l’hotel était bien la piscine super grande et propre seul ombre tableau pas de parking comme annoncer dans l’annonce .
Etape à eviter malgré la bonne volonté des gérants
Une étape de dépannage uniquement dans cet hotel trop ancien. Éviter le restaurant (3 crevettes pour le plat principal)
Hotel refait mais un peu vieillot dans l ensemble piscine bien appréciée
Sejour parfait, excellent accueil. Petit déjeuner copieux, gateau maison tres bon. La décoration est magnifique.
Nous n'avons rien dormis de la nuit la clim ne fonctionnant pas ...même avec un ventilateur au maximum toute la nuit tres chaud, dommage qus nous nayons pas été informés en amont..
Petit dejeuner avec peu de choix ...notre fils ayant déjeuné ces propre biscuits achetes en amont nous avons tout de meme du nous justifier pour ne pas payer le sien ....une première...
Quelques améliorations à prévoir.
La chambre attribuée n’était pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 3 étoiles.
Tête de lit cassée d’un côté et bruit dès que l’on bougeait. Salle de douche, siphon bouché, tour de la fenêtre avec humidité donc mur cloqué, plus de mouchoirs papier dans le dévidoir.
Le service est bon, le lieu agréable, la piscine accueillante et propre.
