Check in and check out where fast and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Train station is less than 2 minutes walking. This is my second time staying and I am very satisfied. The only feedback is they should update the tv’s to smart tv’s just in case you want to watch a movie. 🙂

nabil.friendsJan 16, 2024 Great stay! The rooms were clean, and very large compared to most European city centre hotels and clean. The check-in process could be improved as it's via a clunky app-only system. There is also nowhere to store luggage pre/post-stay. Would stay again!
Great space for a week's stay - served its purpose as a service apartment with microwave in the room as well. Convenient location - got from berlin main train station by public transport conveniently by few stops and area is connected with different trams and bahns. Many cafes and food options nearby too
We've had an excellent experience right from the start.
Easy check-in despite our extremely late arrival past midnight. It could not have been any better!
The apartment is designed in a very clever way, also modern and practical which feels very much like a home. We didn't miss anything at all. Plenty of storage, a kitchen equipped with basically everything you need...and even a yoga mat and small weights. Impressive!
Very clean throughout the entire hotel with a super friendly receptionist...what else do you want? :)
It is at a large crossing but with the windows closed and the AC on, it was quiet and not hot at all with 29 degrees outside.
Location is fantastic with a 13 minute walk from Alexanderplatz, so very convenient when coming with the R23 from Brandenburg Airport. Lots of speciality coffee shops and restaurants are in the area.
We would definitely stay there again.
Great Location, Zero Customer Service
With a great location in the heart of the Berlin Mitte district, this had such potential. But with literally no customer service, just an i-Pad in the corner, and no ability to change my reservation even weeks in advance, I was charged in at check-in for longer than I stayed, and I've been told I can't get a refund.
I would not stay here again.

lyndsey.partnerOct 22, 2022 Promised bluetooth speaker is on available upon request and for a few hours at a time, not as advertised. Had to request the weights, as well. Water seal coming off shower door so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower, too, slippery and dangerous!

This could be a great place to stay. But if you’ve booked a large room you would expect to get a large room, or at least an explanation on check-in that one isn’t available. Instead, when I queried why I’d been given a medium room I was told that there was nothing that could be done and that it wasn’t the hotel’s problem. No offer of a refund on the cost difference or anything else. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work at all and the WiFi stopped after 2 days, meaning I had to spend even more money on mobile data. Altogether a very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The apt was modern and clean with everything you need if you felt like cooking.
We only had breakfast/ light lunch there so didn’t use the oven or hob but it is possible. There was a daily cleaning service which I wasn’t expecting but was nice. Check in was quick and easy. Though room was facing the street, which I liked, there was no noise in to be heard so we had a great sleep. Personally, I would have preferred a regular higher bed but it was comfortable so no complaints bout it. Right next to Rosa Luxembourg U metro stop which is just one stop from Alexander Platz so getting around the city is easy. There is a reasonable supermarket bout 500m from apt. There is also a bar on the ground floor of apt at the corner which is laid back and easy. Seem liked a drop in meeting place for older students but pleasant. There is also a restaurant at the other side of the apt block called Rose Garden which offer 10% off for residents of Amano once you show your door card. We didn’t use it so can’t comment. However, apart from a popular pizzeria bout 400m away, we didn’t find any more restaurants or bars nearby so we generally ate in other places and returned to bar at corner for a night cap. Also be aware they charge a city tax here which I presume is mandatory. For 4 nights we paid €24 which is steep enough. The bathroom is lovely and spacious with
nice products provided for showering along with towels, hairdryer etc
I enjoyed this hotel and the minimalist quirky design. Some might think it’s too cold but it’s as advertised in the pictures. The mattress was too thin/hard for me but that’s my preference. The staff were super sweet and friendly!

A fabulous place in a great location. My room was spotless, spacious and very quiet. I will definitely come back!
I like the fact the kitchen facilities are complete and with a grocery store down the street, a simple breakfast can be made easily before you hit the city.
