Cute boutique hotel with nice room. Staff was great. Would stay again.
Excellent location. Off Main Street but still life around. Only gave it a 4 for service because reception isn't there 24/7. They have excellent systems around that though. I wouldn't look anywhere else and would book again. One small note, no elevator if that is necessary for you. This isn't unlike most small older building hotels. Perfect for me.

Lint hotel is fabulous - modern clean and in a great location to explore Cologne.
No staff at check in (public holiday). Used self check in machine and it wanted me to pay again. Then machine malfunctioned. Tried Whatsapp phone number. Not working. Sent email. No reply. Finally cleaner came. Called someone and got me into my room. I had visions of spending the night on little couch in lobby.

Great little place, right in the centre of the action. Only gripe was no air con & it was quite a warm couple of nights. The fans were certainly needed.

Overall a very nice hotel in a great location. However, we found out on arrival that the care machine was broken and needed to pay in cash with no option to wait until the next day if we wanted to check in.
Also, whilst mentioned way down in the hotel details there is no lift.
Great location in Altstadt near Groß St Martin. Everything is walkable from Lint.
A small and unique hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Good size rooms with fridge, mini safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the square and only a short walk to the main station and cathedral.
I will stay here again on my next trip to Köln.
Lovely small hotel in excellent location in the old town. Easy walk from train station and too all sights. Cafe attached is lovely for breakfast. Staff were all lovely and spoke English.
Easy check in and out process, lovely clean room with all amenities you might need. Super location to explore the city
A location to feel the energy of Koln
A great location if you want to feel the energy of Koln. The room was small but efficient and the shape of the windows -let you look outside - to see the world go by...
The room had a solid breakfast - that you could even enjoy outside. The one challenge is that it does not have air-conditioning- it did have a fan - which made a huge difference but I would not stay here again in the summer.
I would stay here again - in fall, winter or spring.
Nice location but avoid 5th floor
Nice little hotel, but if you are not an Olympic athlete avoid the rooms on 5th floor. There’s no lift and they are apartments with another flight of stairs

There is very small hall for guests and no appropriate place to keep laguage for some time. The stairs could be too difficult for elder people.
The hotel is very well placed for the centre, the main issue with the hotel is no aircon in the rooms, just a cheap table fan. Very noisy due to the location so windows kept closed. My fan motor burnt out the first night and had to be replaced with a much larger and noisier one from the kitchen.

Nice hotel in a great location.
Friendly staff, always happy to help. The hotel was spotless, including the room. I was upgraded to a bigger room at check in. I was facing the courtyard in back which was nice, however, it was a little noisy in the morning due to some tours that pass through the courtyard. I sleep with ear plugs, so it wasn't an issue for me. Another potential issue, the hotel doesn't have an elevator. That may be a problem for some. Overall, a nice hotel in a great location!
For a location that's so close to Heumarkt, you'd never know it. My room on the 4th floor was quiet, comfortable and I even got a sliver of a view of the Rhine from the balcony and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
My only niggle is the lack of Kölsch in the minibar.
