Bad stay, wars t hotel and makemy trip service zero

I have raise complain against hotel to make my trip 24th at the time of check inn, company not supported to customer or agent also, hotel is very very bad, room is very small room and bed smell, washroom is too small, i have requested to make my trip to change my hotel me make by trip not supported. Kindly don't use make my trip portal reason he will not support customer. He will support hotel. Very very bad behave r this hotel. I have given 3 option to the makemytrip 1 kindly change the room he will not done 2. Kindly change the hotel he will not done 3. Kindly refund my payment so i can book another hotel, he will not done. My guest have received a back injury through this hotel. All the guest i requesting kindly don't book this hotel and don't use makemytrip portal both are not supporting.

Really nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious, clean. Very helpful staff, nice behaviour. Its nearby Frankfurt airport. Free bus shuttle service from airport to hotel. Breakfast was amazing, very delicious, lot of varieties. Recommend to all types of travellers.

Excellent experience. This hotel is away from city but no problem. They have shuttle bus from hotel to airport in every 30 mins.

It's very nice place near to Airport. You just call to the hotel when you reach Airport for the shuttle. 7 euro per person charges which to pay once during your stay. We tasted chicken wings it was prepared very nice. Rest food quality I am not aware.

The hotel is very near to Frankfurt Airport. Free Airport shuttle service from 4:45 am to 12:00 midnight. Supportive staff. Large variety of food options.

They provide shuttle from airport to hotel, and from airport train station is also connected. Hotel is nice, good staff and cleaning facility. Parking is also available. Also free WiFi access .. Bus service is also good and time specific.

The location, amenities near the airport was a good experience. If have flight to catch then this will be the best place to stay.
Excellent morning breakfast and also shuttle service to the airport is very convenient.
