    Horrific experience

    I had a very terrible experience with the hotel. The entire reception staff of hotel goes to home at 10:00 p. M. Everyday. After 10:00 p. M. There is nobody to take care of hotel. I came at 11:00 pm for check in and found nobody was there at reception the kiosk for check in was not working the emergency hotline could not find my booking confirmation despite of paying full amount in advance.
