they will charge you for a pencils if they could. no free coffee. $5 a day for internet. They constantly hawking their loyalty program. much better finding a friendly local hotel

joseph.partnerAug 13, 2024 Modern hotel, about a fifteen-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Würzburg. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. Parking was easy in the complex behind the hotel. We also used their excellent gym, which was nicely equipped. The area was quiet with great views of the hills.
A little better greeting from the staff. Felt like if we were an inconvenience. No smile. Very expencive breakfirst.
We had a lots of problems with WIFI and INTERNET connection since we were from the USA. Also the room always felt very humid/wet. Husband is blind so therefore the showerarea was also not safe very slippery because when you shower to much steamy air which stays for a long time in the room
A close walk to the historic downtown
The parking situation is fantastic with a large multilevel parking compound right next to the hotel building.
The hotel itself is new, clean, very functional, and nicely designed. We were lucky both in terms of staff interactions and breakfast served. Both excellent.
And you can take a walk to the Würzburg Residence to see the magnificent gardens there. And from there it's already very close to the cathedral.
edward.familyJun 16, 2024 Typical tourist and business hotel, not geared to longer stays or family vacations. Windows are not openable, and doors to toilet and shower don’t fully close, so limited privacy, unfortunately.

It is a 15 minute walk from the train station, so I would only bother recommending this hotel if you are going to be constantly using the train station. Rooms were small but well equipped. TV was useless.
Wonderful hotel. Great price
This is a nice, modern hotel in Wurzburg. In hindsight, I wish it would've been a tad closer to the train station -- it was a bit far to haul luggage by foot.
The hotel is very nice and modern. Our main discomfort was that we were unable to cool down our room when it was warm outside, and the only bedsheet provided was a heavy comforter with no lighter sheets (this seems to be common in Europe). And then the hotel was cramped -- I ended up flooding the bathroom floor because the door didn't fully seal.
Overall a nice hotel, but I wish it would've been a little more centrally located and had a better option to stay cool.

Hotel was perfect. Couldn't fault it. Super clean, very quiet. Bed really comfortable. Car parking excellent. Location a short walk to town. A/C was ace too. The place even smells really nice when you walk in!

Nice hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice shower, breakfast a little expensive, supermarket nearby, coffee maker available so easy to have breakfast at room.
Tram and bus available nearby to downtown and to train station.
The hotel is very clean, staff is professional, space is large enough and comfortable, good location walkable to places like Residenz Würzburg. The breakfast is great! Will like to stop by agaiy
It was a great experience staying at AC Hotel. It was walking distance to city center. include more diverse menu options other than bavarian.
