Personal was horrible, the allowed people previously intoxicated to the hotel to get even more intoxicated and even allowed them to have a room.
The 6 floor restaurant was a enjoyable view.
Elevator not working properly.checking was a hustle i was schedule for 2 nights in a suite room that was not worth the price.(small room for a suite) I check out early and book somewhere else. Not a good place for a getaway.

This is definitely a no frills hotel. It really needs to be updated. It sits on a busy street and you can hear the cars (horns, loud exhaust, etc) all night long.

It appeared to be nearly identical to the last time I stayed over ten years ago. In my experience the other hotels in country at this price point are more updated and generally nicer. The breakfast (included) dining area here and the staff that operate it are nicer than most. It is a fine hotel for business travelers - which is what it advertises itself as.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast, fresh fruit and food was very good. The rooms are clean and have a desk area for working. The hotel is in a good location, convenient to the mall, the University, restaurants and grocery stores. The gym equipment is a bit outdated. A good place to stay and a good value. I would not hesitate to book again.

Ideal place to refresh for the next leg of the journey. The room was comfortable, piping hot shower and wifi. Staff were excellent. Recommended.
