Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali

A very good Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali with good location and Very good activities held by Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. Many facilities. I will be back there. There is two buildings. A very big property. Well maintained property. I am sure that no other Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali or resort has this much facilities. Because there is 2 swimming pools for elders 2 swimming pools for children and there is also mini water park in this Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. My stay experience was superb. We was 4 family stayed there. My friends was arguing at the time of planning and booking the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. Because they read some bad reviews but nothing like that. After reaching there they are so happy and telling me thank you very much after they see Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali and all properties and amenities. There are 4 restaurants are there in the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. Breakfast have separate Indian menu and Chinese menu too.

AC surely need a little improvement with their cooling system. Overall the fans not being used in open areas is very disappointing as it dampens the open area eating experience. The worst was when we asked for the plates to be sent to our rooms, we were informed that it will be charged. It was a complete shocker. I mean who charges for an empty plate. Very meager with the drinking water quota per day, just a liter for the entire day for a twin room. It needs to be minimum 2 liters if it’s a double room and that too with kids. The Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali staff deputed at the reception instead of addressing your concern, says that let me call the security instead of calling the duty manager. Who does that to your guests who have paid huge money to spend their holidays in your Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. Thalasso Bali grand mirage, you really need to pull up your socks for being the best in business if you want to be.

- the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali and staff were extremely good. We stayed there for 2 days and the experience was just delightful. - the breakfast was the highlight of the stay, the number of cuisine they have covered there is just commendable. Yes they had indian food too in breakfast. - the rooms were clean and spacious. The room service was quick and accurate. - the property has infinity pool, along with a normal adult pool and children's pool. - the beach is clean and well-maintained. - they have a few indian restaurants within 1. 5 km and many multi-cuisine restaurants and bars around it. - the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali has an all inclusive packages which covers activities, food and many things in it, take it if you are interested in it. All-in-all value for money, definitely recommend it!

It was great stay for my wife, my 5 year old kid and myself. The staff was great and friendly, Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali was well maintained, lot of activities for the customers and of course the pool and beach area was amazing too. Our stay was for 3 nights and we did not spend much time at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali though but couple of things to be kept in mind. The Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali locks some amount on the credit card while checking in for security purpose, this was the first time it happened with me. Secondly the in room food menu is very limited and we ordered pasta and sandwich however did not find it great. We were in hurry and did not complain to the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali staff however, these were the only turn-offs for us. Rest everything was great.

The Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali has a old vintage feel and even rooms looks like has very old furniture and fittings. It might need to upgrade itself in that department. We were here for 2 nights in Grand mirage and did not take the all inclusive pack. It still included the access to the family section of the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali. Family section is a altogether different property with modern look. We were accompanied with our 4. 5yrs old kid which they happily took care in their kid's play area. Food is not great in the quality and the breakfasts were too crowded. Overall the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali has more rooms than the open area it has. All the time it looks crowded with people. Having said these, it still has a 5 star feel to it and the staff is good too.

Me and my wife stay Grand Mirage Resort for Honeymoon. We found that ambience of resort is super awesome. Most of the facilities are available in excellence manner such as big swimming poll, games court, water sports, food restaurants, separate Indian restaurants etc. The resort has a private beach which attracts us a lot. One thing was not up to our expectation that size of wash room, bathing tub, room is not up to the mark. They requires improvement. Hospitality is good. Food is awesome. In nutshell, facilities and private beach is the attraction of resort because of which you go to room only for sleep. Very enjoying stay.

The Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali is definitely good one but its not mentioned any where they would take deposit, which is negative point. The location is far from the city and the shuttle does not take you to the city. The shuttle takes you only a shopping center which is very expensive. But the good thing is that you can walk from the shopping center to the local place. The breakfast was awesome and rooms were fantastic. The view from the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali was very good and could walk into the beach. We took taxi to Queens which is Indian restaurant. The taxi fellow took fare. Overall good.

Hotel Grand mirage is excellently located in Nusa Dua and has its own private beach with a gazebo. The ocean view rooms give us an excellent view of azure waters. The Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali also has two very well maintained pools and also has a sports room in which we can spend some time in leisure. The lobby and the interiors are tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet offers us a good variety of dishes and even has a section for Indian food. I would definitely recommend this Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali to others.

This beach side Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali is great with all the facilities it provides. Staff is very cheerful, polite and helpful. Room service was great. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Jukung restraint a beachside restraint offers very tasty cocktails. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many varieties except for Indian breakfast it was not tasty at all. It was very oily. Their breakfast pancakes were very soft and fluffy and tasted great. Rest everything about this place is great. We had a nice comfy stay.

Very good infrastructure and well maintained. Staff are friendly and attentive. Expensive though. If you plan to spend most of your time in the resort, the all inclusive packages are worth it. But if this is going to be your base for daily tours, the breakfast package would be better value for money (this was our case). Plenty of markets and restaurants also available all around. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again if we go back. The swimming pools and child facilities are wonderful!

We reached the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali at around 12. 30 pm. Standard check-in time is 2 pm, and they made us wait in the long till 2. 40 pm as they were still readying the rooms. The lobby has no AC or cooling, so that it was pretty hot in there. We had taken a ocean view deluxe room. The room was good however, the view of the ocean wasn't as it is shown on their website. It was obstructed by lots of trees. Breakfast was average. The beach was clean and the pool was great. Decent choice for a 1 time visit.

The resort is located on the sea beach in the middle various of the resort in 2 km radius. We had taken ocean view, can seat in the balcony and enjoy a very nice view of swimming pool followed by greenaries, beach and the ocean. Coming to food, for breakfast they provide buffet with numerous dishes which can fulfill all kind of diet. There are some authentic dishes for Indians and Chinese. For lunch and dinner guests can enjoy Indonesian food or the Indian can enjoy real taste of Indian food.

Everything was as expected and wonderful. Things got easily managed with the bookings and enjoyed the trip a lot

It was a good stay with comfortable ameneties. It Was a memorable experience for the romantic package of the resort. It has a good variety of restaurants serving food for all types of cuisines lover. Good location

Extremely courteous and friendly staff, everyone helps you feel comfortable. Clean facilities and happy environment. Varied options for breakfast. Really nice water sports. Absolute value for money. Had a great time will take back loads of happy memories. Will recommend Bali and Grand Mirage for an unforgettable experience.

With a five star quality, you would expect a luxury feeling. Unfortunately the rooms need a lot of updating and lighting to have some ambience of luxury. Most importantly, Bathroom definitely needs updating.

Hotel is good worth for money but room is not good. Only ocean view rooms are good. Staff is really decent, always ready to help. Location is good it's at beach. Beach services is very good. I will give 5 star for service and 3star for room

Nice Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali with good location in Bali. Best thing is private beach which everybody can enjoy on their own style... Bumbu Delhi restaurant was awesome and having actual taste of India in their food due to Indian chef... Overall it was very nice stay and will stay again in same Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali in our next visit... For Indians, please make your toilets as per their style too to make more convenient ( only one thing to modify).

Excellent beach property with multiple swimming pools and private beach. Indian restaurant inside Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali provides indian breakfast and dinner. Well maintained property with lot of activities/ games for kids. A complete family fun resort.

Excellent hospitality and excellent view from the room. Also got Indian cuisine which was a pleasant surprise. Suggestion, as I saw so many Indian guests over there so I would suggest to include more options in the Indian food menu. Overall feedback is that it is an excellent place.

It was very memorable stay with Grand Mirage. Everything was ultimate including Indian Food. Service was excellent. Staff was very co-operative. Welcoming nature . 24 hours service available. Thanks a lot

I was staying with my family and it an excellent place to be in. An all inclusive package is highly recommended. Once there one doesn't feel like going. Out of the resort. It has everything for a perfect vacation with family.

Very nice property with very good breakfast buffet, kids mini waterpark and number of pola for family and adults only with lots of options and sit areas. Few things to improve is the arrangement to not allow rooms to be drenched as soon as balcony door opens. Beach is good but lacks good waves for which you may have to go outside Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali

Would recommend this Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali if you want to spend your holiday in peace and serenity. A very nice resort with good facilities. Party hubs like legian is far away from the Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali so not suitable if you are looking for partying. Great for relaxation.

They have an amazing property and a private beach! good activities lined up as well for vacationers. Thalassa has great massages and spa services. Location is near the airport and easily accessible with loads of shopping and water sports options nearby. Breakfast here is a huge spread catering almost all cuisines. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was one of the best. There was separate counter with indian breakfast dishes. Dinner was also well prepared. However menu at julios restaurant was limited. Beach is relatively quite when compared with seminyak beaches which are more lively

I stayed in Grand Mirage for 2 night. 2 nights are not enough to explore Grand Mirage. I like everything of Grand Mirage. Breakfast is awesome. Service is good. Well connected to City.

Nice place to stay for honeymoon couples. Location is awesome, outside of city but you can get everything in resort only no need to go out. Breakfast was k not up to the reputation of the resort.
