It was a great stay and value for money stay. We atayed here for 4 nights. They offer sheesha at the swimming pool which is a highlight. Rooms are average and you can ask them to change if the ac is not working properly. The staff is quick to respond and helpful.

Very bad experience, ac was not working in the hotel, we even asked mm t to support us but bad coustomer support from mm t i'm not sure i'll suggest anyone to book this hotel, and i will try not to book further booking from mm t because they also dint helped us. We were so frustrated that we were ready to change the hotel n dint want any refund.
Breakfast is poor, room service pathetic, hotel is an old construction, just not recommended, instead spend a little extra money and get a good property

Grand ixora hotel in kuta area is one of the best hotel to stay, good rooms, nice swimming pool and very near to airport, kuta market and beach is also very near. Also, you can find all the essential needs near by. Love the stay
