Stay was pleasant but size of room was too small and the amenities were not upto the mark as they don't wash the coffee mug or replace the mug after use. And regarding the toiletries, once we request they provide immediately else it's not correctly refilled everyday

Lovely location, very friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, best breakfast (unlimited serve), very close to Kuta and Seminyak beaches. Overall, the best hotel to stay in Bali.

Room was good but AC wasn't working. And one day, receptionist called to the land line phone in the room and abused me. Worst experience.
