The property location was fantastic and the service was very good. The swimming pools were well maintained and the beach shack was also operational. Room amenities were excellent and the staff was helpful.

Merusaka is a very well laid out resort on the beach front of nusa dua. The resort has developed nice facilities at the beachfront which allows for all day enjoyment at the beach. Rooms are well appointed. All services are courteous. Food at its 4 restaurants is also very good. Overall the resort scores 11 out of 10 !

Overall, a great stay. Huge property with a ton of things to do. Good breakfast, and direct beach access as well. The villa was completely worth it.

Had a great stay. The location is great along with the private beach. The vegetarian option is not that great. Only a couple of decent options. Overall a good stay and a place revisiting.

First i booked king bed they gave me joint twin bed which was not comfortable and i also had breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid 12 years but they refuse to give breakfast for kid they said only allowed for 2 adults.

The property is really good and big. The only thing they can improve on is food.
We stayed at merusaka and it was an amazing stay. The property so well located on the beach and accessible to the beach is easy and through the property. The swimming pools overlooking the sea, the expansive lawns, well maintained rooms, and great food are the highlights of the resort. The staff is extremely nice and hospitable.

We had a wonderful stay at merusaka. It is located on the beach so didn't have to go out of the hotel. It had lovely pools especially which is right next to the beach. Restaurants served excellent food. The entire staff was very courteous, polite and very helpful. All the other services and amenities were also excellent. We got everything whatever one wants in a 5star hotel. We were in the resort for 2 days and didn't feel the need of going out of the resort. Would recommend merusaka to everyone who wants to stay in nusa dua. Loved our stay at the hotel.
Excellent property. Very polite staff. Superb spread of breakfast. Spacious rooms. Would definitely visit again.

Location of the property is perfect …
Nusa Dua area beaches are pristine…property offers stunning views …swimming pool is excellent Breakfast is good …though u will find limited Indian cuisine - location Close to airport….

A preferred beach front resort

This is a good place to stay if you are looking for a beach front property. We had a nice experience at the resort, with a variety of food options available. The breakfast spread is lavish and caters to your taste buds.

Great location for a family stay

We went for a family trip and were looking for a wheelchair accessible property. It would not an exaggeration to say that i saw for the first time what wheelchair accessible property looks like. From room to right beside nusa dua beach side, wheelchair was able to work. One of the best property in that location and best of the service. Breakfast menu for vegetarians were limited, but that also was great in that location. Go there and you will need one day to explore property itself. So keep 1 extra day for that in your itinerary. Stay there without a doubt. !

Perfect stay…typical 5 star beach side property… neat and tidy with plenty breakfast options though they can improve a bit on indian options, since lots of indian touristr are there so must cater to indian food as well

Stay at merusaka nusa dua was excellent and specially the restaurant staff was so humble and chef was so cooperative he arranged our special no onion garlic food in breakfast. Location was right on the beach. Suggestion to add some activities in property for guests is needed compared to other hotels nearby
