    Worst experience at pi karya beach

    Did not meet the expectations at all, the entire staff don't know english and was very tiring to communicate with them. Sometimes she was disrespectful as well. Coming to room, the bed area was decent, but the bathroom is worst of dreams. The bathroom doesnt even have a cloth hanger. We requested for a room change but that was even not considered by the staff. Location is just at the road with lot of traffic noise. The toilet water jet had caused infection. We had breakfast included package, we requested breakfast at 7 am to pack as we had plans to start tour by 7 am morning, receptionist ignored and said it can't be done.

    Good Stay

    The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. They also offer pickup & drop-off from the port at a reasonable price. The stay is good, pool and property is well maintained. It has direct access to the beach. Breakfast options are limited, needs more items that are suitable for vegetarians.
